Renewal (Existing Members)

Subscriptions (2026):

Renewal is for the calendar year, and is open from 1 October in the preceding year.

• Please have your Membership Number to hand.
• Note that the name, postcode, email address and password fields are all case sensitive.
• Payment by PayPal is preferred, please (bank transfer or cheque are also accepted).
• Please tick “Gift Aid” if you are a UK taxpayer.
• If appropriate, please update your personal details

If you pay by Bank Transfer or cheque we would appreciate it if you were, at the same time, to email the Treasurer at Treasurer saying what you have done.

Gift Aid

To enable us to reclaim the Gift Aid it is very important that you tick the box labelled "Tick if eligible for Gift Aid". The Gift Aid scheme is strongly encouraged for those eligible and means that any donations/subscriptions that you make to Elmbridge u3a will be worth 25% more to us and at no cost to you - see see “Gift Aid” (word) or GiftAid (pdf) for applicable conditions and declaration form.

By renewing, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Membership Terms & Conditions, and will continue to abide by the Member Code of Conduct.

The General Data Protection Regulation 2018:

We hold data both manually and on computer. We declare that members’ details are used solely for Eu3a business/communication, and will not be divulged to third parties other than for distribution of Third Age Trust and Eu3a publications and information.

Once you have renewed, an Acknowledgement of Membership letter will be delivered to you packaged with the Spring Newsletter in early February.
