We are always looking for interesting new groups, so if you have a desire to share your passion/experience, then please let us know by clicking Groups Secretary We will help you to get started, find a venue and recruit members.

A Word About Waiting Lists. 

It is inevitable, due to their popularity, that some groups will become full. You will notice, therefore, that a number are indicating they have a Waiting List. Do not be put off! If you are still interested in joining, simply contact the Group Leader and ask to be added to their Waiting List – which they are obliged to do. What happens is that when a space becomes available, you will be invited to join the group or alternatively the Groups Secretary will be asked to start a new group when the Waiting List numbers grow to warrant it.

Please always remember to keep your Group Leader informed about your ability to attend a meeting or event. If you have committed to attending and then can’t do so, please let them know in good time.

Note that attendance at any group activity will be at your own risk. We do have some public liability insurance (see the Members page) for our members but beyond that it is up to you to decide whether you are capable of undertaking any particular activity. Please also note that NO equipment provided to groups by Elmbridge u3a, nor any equipment procured by individual groups to facilitate group activities may be loaned to, or borrowed by, members or non-members for private use.
