In this hands-on session, led by Janet McDonagh, you’ll learn how to make your own paper from pulp, exploring texture, thickness, and surface quality. The focus is on creating strong, tactile sheets suitable for embroidery, drawing, and zine-making. You’ll experiment with fibres and inclusions to produce unique papers that invite mark-making and stitch.

Suitable for all levels — no prior experience required.  All materials and tools included. 

Janet McDonagh, an experienced workshop leader, is an accomplished mixed media and textile artist creating artwork in a variety of media and styles.
