Meeting Attendance

Please remember to keep your Group leader informed about your ability to attend a meeting or event. If you have committed to attending and then can’t do so, please let them know in good time.

Please note that attendance at any group activity will be at your own risk. We do have some public liability insurance (see the Members page) for our members but beyond that it is for you to decide whether you are capable of undertaking any particular activity.

Please also note that NO equipment provided to groups by Elmbridge u3a, nor any equipment procured by individual groups, to facilitate group activities may be loaned to, or borrowed by, members or non-members for private use.
