How to book for a Di’s Day Out

To enquire about a place on a trip, please contact Di by:

Places will be limited and each trip must be booked separately. Bookings are made on a “first come first served” basis and no booking is confirmed until payment is received.

Special needs / mobility issues should be notified at the time of booking.

To pay for a trip

Please put the trip reference, followed by a space, then your surname in the reference section on the bank transfer. Eg: LB Smith.
(membership no. not needed).

By cheque but only by prior arrangement with Di

Once you have made your bank transfer/posted your cheque you must let Di know, preferably by email, so she can confirm your place.

N.B. If you later cancel your booking, your payment will be refundable only if someone else takes your place, as provided by our Trips and Events Policy (see Trips and Events or telephone the Membership Secretary).

Unless otherwise stated, all coach trips leave from and return to Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Centre, Waterside Drive (off Terrace Road and Hurst Road), Walton on Thames KT12 2JG.
